Grilled chicken


Crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside

 

Ingredients:

1,2 kg chicken
50 g paprika
20 g rosemary
20 g sage
300 g white wine
10 g garlic
10 g chopped red onion
100 g smoked oil (by Smokerstar)
50 g mustard
Salt and pepper

Procedure:

Cut the chicken into two pieces and beat with the meat mallet. Season with all the ingredients, previously blended together. Let it marinate for about 3-4 hours (better if all night long).

Place the chicken on the special grill (see the recommended accessories). Cook following the dedicated program.

  Once the cooking is done, grease with  smoked oil and citrus smoked salt, produced with Smokerstar.
