 Rotisserie chicken


Browned and savory.

Ingredients:

1,2 kg chicken
1 squeezed lemon
20 g rosemary
20 g sage
10 g garlic
100 g smoked oil
20 g mustard
Salt and pepper
Smoked salt

Procedure:

Clean the chicken, season the inner part with previously finely blended herbs. Let it marinate for around 3-4 hours (better if all night long). Place the chicken on the chicken rack (see the recommended accessories) and cook using the dedicated program.

Once the cooking is done, grease with the smoked oil and the citrus smoked salt, made with Smokerstar.
