Roast chicken pieces


A better and healthier roast.

Ingredients:

2,5 kg chicken (more or less 2 pieces)
2 squeezed lemons
20 g rosemary
20 g sage
20 g sweet paprika
200 g white wine
10 g garlic
10 g red onion
100 g extra-virgin olive oil
20 g curry
Salt and pepper

Procedure:

Clean the chicken, cut it in 8 parts without removing the bones. Season with all the previously finely blended herbs and vegetables. Let it marinate for about 6-8 hours (if vacuum-packed, for about 2 hours), better if let for a whole day. Place the chicken on the dedicated tray (see the recommended accessories) and cook according to the memorized program. 

 After the cooking is done, grease with smoked oil and add paprika smoked salt, made with Smokerstar.
