Steamed string beans

Ingredients:

2,5 kg string beans
3,0 L water
30 g baking soda
50 g extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Wash and clean the string beans. Leave them in water and baking soda mix for at least 2-3 hours. Put in the dedicated pan and cook.
Season with oil, salt and pepper after the cooking is done.

  If frozen, place them in the perforated pan and add water. Let them cook for some minutes more.
