Frozen new potatoes
Sweet, delicate flavor paired with aromas and spices.
3,500 g frozen new potatoes
100 g curry or paprika, or freeze-dried aromatic herbs
20 g chilli peppers
20 g fresh finely chopped garlic
100 g fresh rosemary
200 g smoked extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix potatoes with salt, oil and fresh rosemary. Put the still-frozen potatoes in the pan (see the recommended accessories) and cook according to the dedicated program.
Once the cooking is done, season with the aromatic herbs. Put them again in the oven for a few minutes and serve hot.
