Steamed rice


Simple but substantial recipe!

Ingredients:

1 kg parboiled rice
1,8 L vegetable soup or water (depending on the will to add flavor to the rice or not)
30 g extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Pour vegetable soup in a pan and add rice. Rice must be necessarily totally covered by vegetable soup. Add salt, and cook according to the dedicated program.
