Simple but delicious!

Ingredients:

50 g butter
350 sautéed mushrooms
10 g eggs
300 g parmesan cheese
100 g extra-virgin olive oil

Procedure:

Add whisked eggs, melted butter and parmesan cheese inside a mixing bowl. Add sautéed mushrooms, salt and pepper. Oil the pan (see the recommended accessories), pour the mixture and cook according to the designated program.
