This was followed by a training session in our showroom, culminating in an interactive lunch orchestrated by our Corporate Chefs.
These were very special moments to understand how new kitchen technologies can support chefs in improving their operations, leading to better profitability, quality of life, and food quality.
At the end of the day, there were brainstorming sessions about the challenges the industry faces, including critical labor shortages and the increasing cost of raw materials impacting menu prices.
Thanks to these meetings, we can contribute to supporting chefs on the transformative path, with the new equipment taking center stage, along with dedicated consulting services.
