Cartridge for water decarbonation. Ideal for direct injection mixed ovens, it reduces the hardness of the carbonates dissolved in water and of the elements that can negatively affect the taste of food; completely eliminates chlorine. For combi ovens with direct injection set the by-pass in position 1. Flow 300 l / h. 4.675 liters filtering capacity with 10 kh°. Recommended for ovens:
