Kit made of AISI 441 stainless steel, useful for moving the cooling of the oven from the rear to the front, when it is difficult to access the back (such as for example the presence of a leaned hood) or if there are heat sources. It can be installed on model TT623. The width of the oven with the kit installed increases by 63 mm.
