HEAT RECOVERY UNIT - ONLY FOR TRIPLE RINSE MODELS
Heat recovery unit for basket conveyor dishwashers. It uses an efficient system to reduce the amount of water vapor emitted inside the dishwasher: after condensing the steam, the latent heat thus recovered is used to heat the water directed to the dishwasher's boiler. It allows to reduce the installed power by 8 Kw per hour of operation. To be installed on triple rinse dishwashers.
