Functions: proving blocking, conservation, scheduled retarder proving, reactivation, proving and holding, both in automatic and manual mode; recommended automatic programs and the option to customize processes (50 favorite programs). Adjustable humidity. Proving chamber suitable for holding trolleys with 20 GN 2/1-EN 60x80 cm trays. Connection to APO.LINK portal for remote control of appliance through accessory (Industry 4.0).
