Hood made of AISI 304 stainless steel, Scoth-Brite finish. Rectangular cross-section for greater containment of fumes - steams and their better expulsion. Extraction through AISI 304 stainless steel labyrinth filters. Perimeter channel, fully welded, for collecting liquids and fats. Particularly suitable for ovens thanks to the suction surface positioned on the front and the rear deflector which intercepts fumes and vapours.
