Hood made of AISI 304 stainless steel, Scoth-Brite finish. Rectangular cross-section for greater containment of fumes - steams and their better expulsion. Extraction by front air blade. Perimeter channel, fully welded, for collecting liquids and fats. Particularly suitable for dishwashers thanks to the air blade suction surface positioned on the front and the rear deflector which intercepts vapours.
