Manual cooking processes (convection, mixed and steam cycle) or automatic (over 70 programs available, up to 300 programs can be saved in different categories). Fan with automatic rotation reversal and 5 speeds. Automatic triple-action sanitizing cooking chamber washing system, with automatic addition of liquid detergent. Structure made in AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316L in cooking chamber.
