Angelo Po supports the event "Giornata della Ristorazione"

Angelo Po is proud to contribute to the "Giornata della Ristorazione" (Restaurant Day), an initiative created and promoted by FIPE (the Italian Federation of Public Establishments) with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to enhance and strengthen the values and role of Italian cooking. The first edition will take place on April 28th, 2023.

The event aims to bring together chefs and restaurateurs at all levels, including restaurants, trattorias, osterias, pizzerias, and taverns, with the common theme of hospitality. Every restaurant that partecipate at the event will propose a recipe based on bread for this first edition, offering their interpretation of hospitality and community.

Indeed, the Restaurant Day represents an important occasion to strengthen the sense of community in the country: #Character, #Community, and #Courage are also among our fundamental values that inspire us every day to offer memorable experiences.
