Control panel with capacitive touchscreen, 7” LCD interface, multilingual, Ethernet (cable not supplied) and Wi-Fi connection as standard. Manual cooking processes (convection, mixed and steam cycle) or automatic (over 70 programs available, up to 300 programs can be saved in different categories). Fan with automatic rotation reversal and 2 speeds. Automatic double-action sanitizing cooking chamber washing system, with manual addition of liquid detergent. Structure made in AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316L in cooking chamber.
