General Management
GENERAL INFORMATION
In reception and during your permanence in the factory, you have to:
• Show your identity papers for the registration and collect your badge
• Communicate the necessity to be admitted to the factory’s room or to the production’s departments
• Wait for your interlocutor (or for his authorization) in reception before being admitted to any area of the factory
• Examine the contents of this brochure and the plan of our place here attached. Get acquainted with the layout of buildings, and learn the way to go back to the reception
• Show your badge during your permanence in the factory
• Give back your badge before leaving the factory
SICUREZZA
• In tutto il sito è vietato fumare
• E’ vietato accedere ai locali aziendali od ai reparti produttivi se non accompagnati e/o autorizzati da un referente interno
• Vietato fotografare
• Rispettare la segnaletica di sicurezza
• All’interno del sito circolano carrelli per la movimentazione materiali: prestare la massima attenzione e dare sempre la precedenza ai mezzi in movimento
• In caso di necessità, avvisare il referente o personale interno per attivare le procedure di PRIMO SOCCORSO
• E’ vietato accedere alla mensa e nei locali e nei reparti produttivi, in pantaloni corti e canottiera; è richiesto abbigliamento consono
• Rischio taglio da lamiere
SAFETY
• Smoking is not allowed in all the areas of the factory
• Acceding to the factory’s rooms and to the production’s departments without any escort or any authorization of a person in charge in Angelo Po is prohibited
• Photographing is not allowed
• The safety signs have to be complied
• As vehicles for the transport of materials move along the factory, please pay attention and give place to them
• In case of need, you have to inform the person in charge or the staff in Angelo Po to put into operation the FIRST AID procedures
• Acceding to the factory canteen, to the production’s departments wearing casual clothes (shorts, and vest) is not allowed. During the working time sober clothes are required

EMERGENZA
In caso di allarme di ABBANDONO STABILIMENTO:
• Dirigersi immediatamente verso l’uscita di sicurezza più vicina
• Recarsi nel punto di raccolta di propria competenza (vedi planimetria)
• Attendere che il Coordinatore della Emergenza dichiari terminato lo stato di emergenza prima di allontanarsi dal punto di raccolta
EMERGENCY
In case of alarm to LEAVE THE BUILDING, you have to:
• Go to the nearest emergency exit immediately
• Go to safety place (see the plan)
• Wait for the declaration of the end of the STATE OF EMERGENCY by the person in charge before leaving the safety place
AMBIENTE
• Raccogliere i rifiuti in modo separato utilizzando gli appositi contenitori per carta, bottiglie di plastica, lattine di alluminio, ecc…, chiedere al personale interno in caso di rifiuti speciali o pericolosi
• Spegnere le luci quando si lasciano i locali
• Spegnere i computer e le altre apparecchiature d’ufficio portatili se inutilizzati per periodi prolungati
• Richiudere le porte in caso di ambiente climatizzato
• Segnalare situazioni di possibile inquinamento ambientale come rovesciamento a terra di liquidi contaminanti
ENVIRONMENT
• You have to do the separate collection of rubbish using the proper containers for paper, plastic bottles, aluminium cans, etc… You have to ask to the internal staff in case of special or dangerous wastes
• You have to turn off the light when you leave the rooms
• You have to turn off computers and the other portable equipments in the offices if not used for long periods of time
• You have to close the doors in case of air-conditioning rooms
• You have to inform about a hypothetical situation of environmental pollution as, for example, a discharge of a polluting charge of a polluting
