Frying is a cooking mode of central importance to many types of fast food. It may be fast, but there is nothing banal about this technique. Quite the contrary: combining speed, productivity and quality in perfectly fried food is a crucial challenge for street food and fast food professionals, and the right equipment is fundamental. Our modular ranges include single and double-well electric and gas fryers, with manual or digital controls and total capacity which may even exceed 20 litres per well.

When space is limited

Street food often has to be produced in quite tight spaces, which must be optimised to best effect. With our line of modular cooking ranges 70 cm deep, a system complete with everything needed can be installed even in very, very small kitchens. Given a modular unit size of just 40 cm, all the fundamental appliances, such as solid top boiling tables, griddles, fryers, grills and pasta cookers, can be installed in very little space.
